The best place in the neighborhood called "la Azteca" to eat guacamayas (this kind of food is only made in the Leon city. Nice food for the hangover.
There's nothing that isn't delicious here, starting with the guacamayas, which are delicious! The bolillo is crispy, the chicharron is fresh, and the salsa has that spicy touch that makes all the difference. You can tell they put love into what they do. The place is also simple but very clean, and the service is quick and friendly. The best thing is that they also sell micheladas and "preparados" (a jar of clamato, salsas, and Tajin ice cream) that go perfectly with the food (I recommend it with light beer). Refreshing, well-served, and with that craving flavor. And if you're even hungrier, order a carnitas sandwich they sell right there. They add tons of meat and avocado, which gives it a delicious, creamy flavor. The place is also very cool and comfortable, ideal for going to satisfy your craving with friends or family. It's spacious and well-ventilated, and it feels very comfortable to be there. Without a doubt, one of my favorite places, highly recommended.

The macaws are a true delight, the carnitas and tartar ones are highly recommended. The tomato sauce gives it a touch that elevates the flavor, it stings a little but the flavor of everything together is very rich.
